THE EASY JOINT - level 1

If you think that exercise isn’t for you, that you should have started years ago if you wanted to improve your fitness, or that you are simply too unfit and too achey, think again!

This entry level class will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates movement at a steady pace. With the emphasis on easing joint and back pain while improving balance and concentration, it will gently strengthen and stretch your body, easing you towards a fitter, stronger, more flexible physique.

Whatever your age, regular attendance will lead to improvements in your overall health and fitness, but it offers particular benefits to anyone concerned about ageing and fitness.

If you’re living with any kind of age related joint or back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease or just the general aches and pains that come with an older body, this is the class for you.
